Welcome to VUGO. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform") provided by VUGO Mobility Services Pvt. Ltd. ("VUGO", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VUGO is a platform that allows users to:
Book taxi and bike rides
Schedule and request emergency and non-emergency ambulance services
We act only as an intermediary between users and service providers (drivers, ambulance operators, etc.). We do not own or operate vehicles directly.
To use our services, you must:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Do not misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
Treat drivers and medical staff with respect and follow safety instructions during rides
Pay all applicable fees and charges for your bookings
You may book a ride through the app by selecting your preferred service.
Cancellation fees may apply based on timing and service type.
For ambulance bookings, cancellation within a critical time window may not be allowed due to emergency response protocols.
All payments must be made through the app using supported payment methods.
Prices are displayed before booking confirmation and may vary based on distance, time, demand, and service type.
In case of any failed transaction or overcharge, please contact support within 48 hours.
Drivers and ambulance partners are third-party contractors, not employees of VUGO.
We verify credentials and conduct background checks to ensure safety.
VUGO is not responsible for conduct, delays, or any incidents during transit but will assist in dispute resolution.
VUGO is not liable for:
Accidents, injuries, or loss during transportation
Delays or cancellations beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather)
Medical outcomes related to ambulance services
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior
Provide false information during registration or bookings
VUGO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
